Welcome to Pegasus & Co

We are here to nurture your love of horses, build your confidence in handling them safely and naturally and teach you how to create a strong, respectful relationship with these exquisite creatures.

Horses are beautiful, strong animals that have the ability to teach us so much if we know how to listen and what to look for. That’s what natural horsemanship is all about.

Whether you are a new horse owner, a horse lover wanting to learn more about them or you’re looking for some innovative ways to support additional needs, horsemanship is a learning experience that gives us more than we ever imagined possible.

You will learn everything from how to safely approach and interact with a horse, to fitting halters, tying, grooming, caring, lunging, walking and, most importantly, building a connection. We can also focus on any specific areas that you need to improve your confidence and expertise.

We invite you to experience horses in a safe environment away from the hustle and bustle of city life and work at your pace to learn how to confidently handle and connect with horses.

The foundations

Our teaching is based on natural horsemanship techniques. With the right attitude and knowledge, using the correct tools and techniques, we allow time and creativity to establish an understanding with our horses and how they think, rather than how we think they should think.

From this, we create a personalised lesson plan with the aim of helping you reach your goals, gain a sense of achievement and build your skills, confidence and connection to the horse at a pace that suits you.

Pegasus & Co is dedicated to building a trusting, respectful relationship between people and horses.
